We can share this '20 years ago my right hand/fingers and wrist were very painful and tingly, especially in the night and early morning and so weak I struggled to do basic chores. It seemed that this was due to Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. I took Serrapeptase, in large amounts to begin with, and it improved and the pain and weakness eventually went, I stayed on a lesser dose for a while and then dropped it. I have never had a return of the pain.
